What helps us quote faster
The civic address or a pin, rough size of the area, what's growing on it, how a machine gets in, and what you want the ground to be when we're done. Photos from your phone are genuinely useful — email them along and we can often tell you what to expect before we even drive out.

Three things worth knowing
Water changes everything
Anything within 30 metres of a brook, ditch or wetland needs a provincial Watercourse and Wetland Alteration Permit before work starts. Tell us if there's water on the property and we'll factor it in from the beginning.
Know your lines
If you don't know exactly where your property boundaries are, say so. Clearing past a line is expensive to fix and awkward with neighbours. We'd rather find the pins together than guess.
Winter is often cheaper
Frozen ground means no ruts, better visibility and a more open schedule. If your project isn't urgent, booking for winter frequently gets you a better price and a better result.
